Grow problem (Brown spotting, 4 week old Bubble Gum Auto).

Grow problem (Brown spotting, 4 week old Bubble Gum Auto). Ocean Forest soil (Happy Frog top middle portion), PH'd tap water to approx. 6.3. No nutes so far. Run off PH was low, in the 5.0 range. Anyone know what's going on?

I'd probably stop using PH down and let the microbes buffer the soil instead. Some ph down or up ingredients can kill the microbes in your soil.

Yes I am thinking the GH PH down has something to do with it. Last grow I did not PH my water and used 100% Happy Frog and did not have this issue. This time I am using 90% Ocean Forest, 10% Happy Frog and PH'ing.

Was thinking possible calcium deficiency so supplemented Cal Mag during the last watering and continued to notice new brown spots several days later.
The cal mag deficiency comes from a ph issue.Cannabis plants can only uptake certain nutrients at different PH levels. A low ph would prevent it from uptaking cal/mag. If you continue to add cal/mag you'll end up with a potassium deficiency.

Way way too much emphasis on pH. If you're not in hydro or coco just mix and pour. I'll bet an ounce that 9 out of 10 people will have no problem. The 10th is usually a dumbass.

You should take a toke and chill a bit. I started looking into this issue today and suspect it may be due to PH'ing, but am not sure. Obviously if I suspect it I will try that and monitor the results.
Please come back and educate me. Go f**k yourself while you're at it, kid.
