grow room design

I have a bedroom dimensions 12 feet × 10.5 feet × 7.5 feet tall. Michigan medical marijuana card holder and licensed caregiver. Want to grow my own 12 plants. Star to finish in the same room. Wanna use digital ballasts so I can switch from MH to HPS. How many lights could I do or should I do? What size? 600 or 1000 watts? I've looked into sea of green. If i was selling my meds I'd do that. I'm not selling it at all. Its strictly for me. So i can wait between harvests cuz if i do it right I'll never run out right? I can control the environment easier in one room verses two rooms. And I looked into tents but I don't wanna go that route anymore. Help plz. Growing in 5 gallon buckets. Dwc with 6 inch net pots with clay pellets. I have ventilation figured out and everything else figured out. Just don't know how many lights and what watt I shud go with?

I just built an 8x12x7 flower room. I put in 3x600hps in big kahuna hoods. I currently have 4x 3.7gal pots under each light PLUS 4x strawberry n creams (1gal pot testers) on a table picking up a lot of extra side lighting. I also tossed in 2x 1.5gal pots in the remaining side lighting (had a couple plants left over so might as well flower them). I still have room for a few more if I had any extra plants. I have a separate veg tent 5x10x7, with 1x600mh in big kahuna hood and 2 x 2x4' t8 lights for clones and such.

after this flower cycle, ill be tossing in 12 x 5gal pots plus 4 x 3.7gal pots on the side.


I have the 4 x 1gal strawberries on a table to get them closer to the light. pic was taken before.
