Hey guys! I've been here mostly around the LED section. I have an idea of what I want, have made sketches and models and plans of the grow room. So now I have some stuff to show you to see if I have the spacing, lighting. I haven't looked into ventilation that much, but I'll probably have everything I can DIY.
So the grow will be a SOG style (for now that's the plan), the picture is showing the veg 4x4 and the flowring 4x8 areas that are suppose to be perpetual and hopefully a 1/4 of the flower area to be able to be harvested every ~2 week. I want to keep the plants small, develop only top colas. I am thinking 128 plants in the 4x8. Here it is:
(first number is number of plants, second one is days) On the left is the veg area: 4 mamas, as much clones as I can get and fit in 1/4 of the space, and the vegging 32 plants. I plan to have 250-300W LED COB setup.
On the left are the there is the flower area with the four sections in different periods of flowering. I'll have probably 7x150W COB LED bars.
What do you think? Anything to change? Something I didn't mention?
The question I have now is what would be the best medium? I think I'll have so much work if I go with soil with that many plants. And if I go hydro what would be the best way for a SOG?
