Grow Room shift from SOILLESS MIX to AEROPONICS

Hey guys!!!
hey so i have done some big grows and i have done some crazy complicated grows... but here i sit with a 4x4x6.5 ft tent and a medical licence to produce my own medication....

now this is what i have done... I have a 600 watt hps/mh adjustable digital ballast with a 1100 cfm osterburg fan hooked up to a cool tube for my main end veg/bloom space , And i have a set of grolux bulbs in a cabinet i built ( pics will follow the post) and in the cabinet i have 2 moms (kosher kush and purple kush) ... on the bottom i will be making it into a cloning box... with a few more growlux bulbs and a aerocloner i will be building from scratch...

not in my veg right now is my first rotation but since i was growing moms i just planted more seeds , killed the 3 males (16hr light helps for more females IMO) and stole 2 moms ... so i have 7 plants in a soil less mix (promix BX) all are strong and health ... they went into bloom on the 17th ... already showing sugar leafs

im using a Gro-tek 3 part (dont think they make it anymore) but i love it (very low numbers ) and as u will see they are bombing it pretty good. In the first stage i have them under MH lighting and on the 17th the switched over to HPS

Future Plans

So i am going to be making this a comeplete aero setup from clones to table will all be done in 3 inch net pots with Viastone expanded clay pellets ... How i want to do this is with 4x4in vinyl fence post (cant get 5x5 in canada) and inside of that i am going to have a 1 inch high pressrue pvc pipe hooked up too a 400GPH pump with a crap ton of Red micro sprayers misting the bottoms of the Net cups with nutrients and O2 ... My resevoir is going to be a Roughneck tote from rubber maid.... i am currently on a budget and am saving for the 4x4 posts which are awaiting me at the hardware store

my recommendation is 6in pvc pipe. a little more expensive but much longer lasting and resistant to chemicals. a full blown aero table with all the bells and whistles(DIY) is still gonna run you in the neighbor hood of 500$ but it will be much better made and larger than the ones you can buy. go with pc over vinyl

the stuff i have in mind is pretty tough... and i might actually do that .... but the issue i have is the space thats why i wanted squares ... pvc is actually cheaper then what i wanted ... i might take a wander over to the store and feel sum things in my hands... nothing beats the hands on feel test do u think my 400 gph pump will be enough pressure ?

no aero is a science lot of research to build a proper system and depending on the type of aero(soak vs mist) you are trying to achieve will reflect on every aspect of your build.min pump size for what your trying to do is gonna be like 1000gph. and the externaly driven(not submersible) kind is best for this application to.
