Grow tent fix

Hello

I have a grow tent but has a tear in it ripped at the seam about 10 inch. I've used duct tape but isn't that great at sticking anyone have any suggestions on what to use that would really stick to the material on the outside of tent ?

Is the material ripped or is it just the sewing? If its the sewing then restitch it the best you can. If its torn then I'd use as wide of black cloth gaff tape as I could get my hands on for the outside and if needed then restitch threw the tape. Inside I'd use a aluminum or foil tape, then i'd further protect that with clear packing tape. If the inside material is intake I'd use clear packing tape again. Good luck!

Aluminium tape. It sticks really well and stays there and its light proof and very strong.

I used this (See Pic) It's pretty much what @coreywebster mentioned. I use it my tents and they seem just as reflective. Found it at Ocean State Job Lot. Hope that helps.
