Grow tent for 600 watt blue MH and 100 seedlings

What would be a good size and height for 100 seeds to be grown around 2-3 weeks in?
I am planning to put a 600 watt MH blue bulb in there. So I should need a relatively high ceiling tent.

Any recommendations or suggestions?
