I have a grow tent 32x32x63 and I am wondering if 600w MH & HPS is too much and if I should downgrade to a 400w for my tent? The hood of my light will be air cooled hood. I don't know how to set up the exhaust system. I know I need ducting, fans, and a carbon scrubber, but how do I set it up. What goes where?? What kind of fans. I know the fan is suppose to remove hot air so will I need another fan to bring in cool air and how does that work. Please I need step by step help. Ive grown before but not in a grow tent so I need this to be legit. please help

Keep it 600 watt you will get better yield. Dont use those inline duct boosters(Cheap flimsy stamped metal ones) they are a waste if you hook them up to a carbon filter. On your tent there will be intake flaps at the bottom it will draw through that way with just one fan as the exhaust. You can go a cheaper way of venting by hooking up your carbon filter to one side of you light hood and have the fan hooked to the other side blowing out the tent. You want you canopy temp to be 80 and room temp to be 75 use a laser point thermometer for the canopy and a standard hanging one for the room temp. Rule of thumb with light is keep it above 5000 lumen per sq ft.
