grow with bloomingled panels (cxb3070)

I bought several units of these panels from their website because I found them to be the most similar of what I would expect from a cob led lamp.

They say this panels use:
CXB3070 AD bin
HLG-120H-C1400B
APV-8-12
Dual Bearing fans on a proper heatsink

so fuck hell, I avoided a lot of job. I like these panels because each panel has a manual dimming and the option to control all panels at same time with an external pwm device. I have grown with CXB before so I cant say nothing bad about these panels. They are cxb and meanwell driver with a good distribution.

I have tested them with the luxometer at max intensity and the results were good, better than HPS.

I attach the pics

They are in vegetative now. I have them at 20% now (I set it with the manual dimmer)
they are Lilly x blue dream, girl scout cookies and strawberry banana. On Sunday I will turn them into flowering, I will keep you updated.

The owners are nice, I mailed to them and they offered me a good discount. They said this high price was due a marketing strategy to benefit local retail shops

Prolly so retailers can actually make money. If you knew you could buy them for far less online no one would buy them from a shop. In a way it hurts the main company from getting their name out there.

LED's are becoming "the thing" for big growers too.

Have you seen the fixtures I use? Same price, 400w , 3 CXB3590 w/ surrounding Xp-G3 & 2 monos on Dedicated Meanwells, w/ reflectors, lens option to attach, & a veg setting. All top-bin w/ a 5 yr. warranty.
Those there seam to be a value of $300.
I just don't see those being powerful enough to flower a 4'x2'. Maybe a 3.5'x1.5' w/ low light levels.

Hi friend
the price (675 euro) is with tax included so the price from usa is 550 USD with free shipping. This panels from Amare costs 700USD each so I saved a lot of money :)
I'm not a fan of reflectors, I prefer lenses. Also, I can control all the panels at same time with pwm function so for me it's better deal that Amare and they are cheaper.

These panels have a manual dimmer. You need a dimmer when growing with cxb. At photos the panels are dimmed at 20%, this is the reason you see low light levels.

I have grown a lot with diy cxb before. From clones to buds. cxb are expensive but totally worth.

As long as you're happy, that's all that matters. Was just pointing out an observation based on components, power/output & #'s.
They look like nice units.

seems pretty dishonest to use an"efficiency in practice" metric that suggests your lights have over 2.5X as much PPFD/W than an HPS.

Yeah, its telling you the amount of light over a 3'x3' for each. I don't think the HPS represented #'s are correct though.
I'm not sure if your PPFD (average light) is the 442 as that is average light zones or if it splits the difference between the 1347 high light zone reading. I'd think you'd be around 800 PPFD in a 3'x3' w/ x2 units, so I think it would be the middle ground.
