Top of the day to everyone hope all are thriving in these hard times!!! Well had one of the expert growers suggest I start a journal so here goes...
This is my second time growing in my life,, things have changed allot since the early 80's I have started growing again because of corporal tunnel syndrome and don't want to take the crap the docs are trying on me...
I had some very old seeds given me by a friend so I planted them just to see if they would come up, only 3 but what you know got 3 beautiful babies...
Growing them in 2 to 1 mix of Sphagaum peat moss and regular yard soil with River rocks in the bottom of my containers to help runoff that I don't have right now because I'm closely monitoring the amount I feed and the moisture content of my soil, I see very good penetration of my feed and water solution which happens to be Alaskan Fish Fertilizer went from 1/2 a tablespoon at 4 weeks to currently at 2 tablespoons per gallon at 6 weeks since I was kinda new decided not to do the heavier solutions like 20/20/20 didn't want to worry about a burn out so stayed with the 5/1/1 Fish. Had a slight canoeing Come up on 2 of my babies and that's why I'm here. They look great PH staying around 6.8 temps between 70* to 80* humidity staying good also and they are pretty and green but was concerned about the canoeing it is very slight but I didn't want to wait till it got bad before I got some more knowledged from some pro growers... This is the place for that,,, no sarcasm from me just truth I've learned allot in a short amount of time for the Ace's on here and a big Hell ya goes out to you all. From what I'm told not many people try to grow in just regular dirt and Sphagaum Peat Moss mix so if anyone has would like to know how it went. Mine are growing slowly but have been told that's because of the lighting I have when I can't get them in the sun and because I'm using such a light feed... Gonna try to get better and achieve more as I go so I'm glad for all the knowledge I'm receiving here from those that grow awesome buds I have seen!!! I'll continue to update as I achieve more... Now having said all this going to include some at this point picks... 6 weeks old and was told they're small...
