growing clone

I am not sure if im doing it right but what is the proper way to start growing a clone I just put in soil and its under light right now. What should I be watching the most? How should watering be and when can i give it food?

www.ganjachronicles.com the way we do it is after we clip the clone and dip in the rooting gel you can put it in a rockwool cube or soil. You should put it in like a dome container with a clear plastic top so light can penatrate but you pretty much get them under cfl's nice and close and spray them with water and spray the lid with water you wanna keep it moist in there like this but you only really spray the first day when you first put them in and just make sure they stay moist like in the pic and once you have a pretty good root mass build up which we can get them in 1 week here from clone to veg but for unexperienced it could take longer until you get a feel for what you need to keep your cloan survval percentage up. Where are nice containers like that found?
I got a jiffy grow thing from walmart for like 5$ but it is nowhere near as tall as those.
