I have a friend who would like to grow using a stock aerogarden deluxe with no extra lights in the garage in a working refrigerator.would it work ?would it be too cold?does anybody know the temps in a refrigerator on the warmest setting.i know yield wouldnt be much .it would be special occasion smoke lol.he just finished a feminized northern lights grow in the aerogarden and was satisfied with the yield but it still stunk up the room it was in.had to move it to the attic but now its way to hot up there.any input would be appreciated thanks thought maybe the sealed enviropnment in a refrig would help with the smell and the stock lights dont get to hot.

I dont know from experiance. But why would you keep the fridge running?

people do it with non working fridges.

Just look for something to cool off the air and keep it in the attic.

Or look into a carbon filter...

yea im not sure about the working fridge that might be to cold id say it would be in the 60s at least but it would be super stealth

A workinng fridge would be OK with a plug-in temperature control like homebrewers use. It has a plug (into the wall), and a receptacle (that you plug the fridge in to) and then you set the temp.

I have thought about doing this myself.
