Growing in scotland

Is there anyone in scotland or outside who would be able to tell me if they think it is warm enough here during the summer to grow 2 plants one is ak48 and the other white widow.

well im growing outside in iceland in a greenhouse and it is definatly warm enough here! =) so it will robly be okay if u have a greenhouse

But it is illegal to grow it over here so im tryin to keep it hidden have you gre those two types of grass outside.
