Growing in the winter (indoors) without power.

Ok, so I'm going to make this as detailed as possible and I'm open to every suggestion!

So where to begin. There is an old run down house about a mile from where I live that hasn't been used in over 5 years. The house has both a basement and 2 story's above ground with 2 pretty well lit rooms on the top floor. Because I live in Maryland I wanted to grow a few of my own plants (like 5 or 10) so I can have some tree to sit back on and smoke without worrying about spending gobs of money on the streets. The house does have lights but no power which really blows but what do you expect? (It hasn't been used in forever) My questions are can I grow in those upstairs rooms or would it get to cold for the plants to grow? It only maybe gets into the upper twenties very rarely during the winters here and especially now with global warming, even higher. Is there any seeds I can buy that would specifically grow in colder climates and what are they called? And is there any way I can get any power into the house without warning the electricity company's. And remember I'm open to every suggestion out there. (If anyone wants I can go to the house and post some pics of what the inside of it looks like). Thanks!!!

There are no strains of cannabis that can survive winter temperatures of 20 degrees F or lower. Remember, cannabis is a tropical plant.

I wouldn't recommend growing on anyone else's property, let alone in an abandoned house. That's just asking for trouble.

Also, there is no way that you would be able to get the power turned back on without talking to the electric company. And even if you did, who would pay the bill?

I feel like you didn't quite think this through at all.

Yes so I get where your going at, but this house hasn't been used in years the last guy who lived there died like 15 years ago and the house is just falling apart. In fact I know the person who owns that property and I've never heard him talk about using it. And yea I guess using someone else's property is illegal. It was really just me wanting to figure out a way not to spend money on weed lol. Weird part is though, I think someone was growin in one of the sheds next to the house. I would post some pics but I'm new to this forum.

My suggestion is to smoke another bowl, and come up with another idea.
"maybe grow outside in summer"

Either way you will have to spend money on the grow, problably more then you would Spend on weed and you won't get a good harvest without electricticy and good growing conditions.
