Growing in winter on the coast

Hey I live on the west coast and this is my first grow. Where I live it gets cold during the winter and rains a fair amount (on average 40 inches). Right now it's Indian summer, The light cycle is pretty good and it's warm outside. But what will happen when we have 7 hour days and it's cold and raining?

you have to read. but if you were to do it and if temps didnt fall too low it will go straight to flowering and you wouldnt get enough worth the costs of growing
