Growing issue

Hi guys

Wondering if someone can help me out with an issue.

Im growing in hydroponic using coco. With net pots that sit in a wilma system with the bottom cut out so roots can go directly into the tank.

So heres my issue, which to be honest is fairly major!

Currently in veg, lights on 18/6. roots have grown into the res now but if have my intake fan on and extractor, im hitting temps around 24 - 26c, humidity around 40%. The plants also wilt and look ill and like their starting to die! With nutrient issues.

If i turn all the intake and out take fans off and hit temps 30+ and humidity 80% they perk up and look like they are thriving!

I cant understand it? Im not happy with these temps, how can i get my fans back on without the plants having a negative effect? Surly all that stale air is not good?

Appreciate your help!!

If your plants are thriving, why would you want to change the temps? By the talk of intake and exhaust fans I assume you're growing in a tent, so it shouldn't be affecting your room/house temps.

Maybe do it like hardening off a clone after its been under a dome for awhile...
Turn them on say 10 minutes an hour for say 6 hours...then increase the "on" time to maybe 20 minutes every hour for 6 hours...and gradually work your way up...may take couple days.
Do you have controllers on the fans to set timers or anything ?
Is the air going in blowing on the plants or to bottom of tent ?
