Growing Locations Please help !!!!!!

So I have a Grow Tent Basic grow tent fit like four plants and then i have a wooden box that i built at work its bout 3 inches shorter than the tent while tent is 6ft, the tent i have has holes and cracks i was wonder from anyone that grew with basic wood boxes how did it go was the smell more lower was it more hotter what did you have to change in that wooden box for a heathy envo ?????????????????????

im just fucking scared of smell I stay in a apartment and have ice cream cake literally days from budding I already have pistils are you sure a carbon filter works 90% or what’s some otherthings to for smell
 
Carbon scrubbers work. But your going to have to trim inside of it as well. Smoke a brisket or something on your patio
 
Yeah you are going to have to do all the work in your sealed area or while your trimming it will go out to the other apartments
 
I was in the middle of trim one grow and walked to circle k on my way home I could smell my house at the end of the street when my fan stopped running for the scrubber

the wood will reflect less light. you could paint the inside flat white to make it more reflective. other than that a tent is the same as a box, assuming all your intakes and exhaust are the same size and lightproof etc.
 
If you're concerned about smell you should invest in a carbon scrubber & inline fan you can exhaust your air through, even if its into the same room. Even with no holes in the tent there are small enough cracks in the zippers etc for odors to escape. Plus if you seal a tent off and dont have airflow your just going to end up with problems from lack of fresh air (co2) and probably heat & humidity issues as well.

I would look into getting an Inline Carbon Filter and Inline Fan. 6" is usually good for a tent I wouldn't go for a 4" fan they barely move air.
