Growing outdoors

You'd be better off looking up the actual laws and penalties on your state's website than taking legal advice from strangers on the Internet. I know in my state I'm premitted to grow in the open, as long as there are no children living on the property, and the plants aren't visible from the street with the naked eye. If the plants are visible from the street, and the police see them, then they can fine me and remove all the plants from the property.

Michigan law states "it has to be in a locked greenhouse"

Look up the Michigan law. It has to be locked up in a encloser with a top outside of public view. Stockade fence with chicken wire top will do.

I've heard it's all fines if over the limit it's a fine too much product it's a fine. I ain't testing it though. I think it gives the wild youngens something to steal.

Here’s my two
Bigger one is an Ac/Dc and the other is a MAC
