Growing small, early budding?

Heres my question.
I want to grow indoors, I CANNOT get caught.
Therefore, I want to know if its possible to grow plants small, 1 ft - 2 ft MAX.
And get bud out of it. If this is possible, how much bud would I get?

Yes, I don't suggest 1 ft, you won't get much, although people start 12/12 cycle since day 1 because of space. If you go 2 ft and if done right, you can get more than enough for personal use.

You Cannot get caught? Perhaps you are not ready for growing. I dont think you understand the reality of the situation. We all can get caught. Thats what keeps us careful.
