growing weed and having a kid...

Hey so i been thinking lately , i have a 1 year old..and right now , he can't walk fully or talk ..so all is cool..when he grows up a little i can play on his chilsih gullability and make him stay outa my grow room ...tell him its santas closet where he keeps all the toys for christmas ,but what about when he grows up to an age where he knows whats up??

anyone with older kids that grows and gets away with it.?

well it all comes down to whether or not your family is "unfortunate" enough to live in an anti marijuana police state nation. I hope you don't, but if you do, you will have to keep that stuff in your basement, and try to keep the basement as a non-family room so your boys never have a reason to be down there. If nobody knows about your plants, you are golden.

for what it's worth, I have some friends who grow mmj and have a 18 year old and they have rampant problems with theft from either him or his freinds. it will become a liability for your whole family since teenagers like to brag and will inevitably tell their freinds. those freinds will get desperate one underage drunken night and in an instant the cops are at your door... ok I added the latter part in, sounded good - but seriously consider hiding the room altogether so he never even sees it and you don't need to come up with excuses for the kid.

the funniest part is the guys wife also steals the mmj to sell to her friends for a quick buck... so I guess the golden rule still holds true - tell absolutely no one you grow.

yeh , i know ,i dont think i could trust a teen boy..he would think it was awsome and tell his friends,no doubt about it,then its a case of not if but when i have burglars or cops at my door.....i don't have a basement...maybe i could rig something up in my attic , and no i'm in a mj unfreindly place...if i get caught it wouldnt be prison ,but it would be court and a fine and landlord chucking us out..who knows,maybe in 10 years it will be legal,.

kids and growing don't mix well. I don't have any kids, but if I did I think I'd have to shut everything down. Just not worth it.

when they get older tell them it is something else...and they will grow up thinking it is something totally different and not be the wiser, as long as you make sure they stay out of trouble...make sure the child loves you more than anything else...lol. I have friends now that I went to school with their son and they grew at the time he was a teenager, and it seems like people all around know that they grow but nobody of interest or something...but he would go on and on about how he steals his mom's pot and his mom is a pothead...and I remember all this from when we were in school together...a few of his friends have stolen weed drying from the barn and such, but no cops...it's funny since me and "mom" ore friends now...weird how the world works...
