Hey I tried HID not saying anything about ur comment but problem is u still have to add a heat source when lights go outLots of peeps are using them but they require a heater in colder climates, if you don't want the expense of heating on top of the actual led price use hid.
I know exactly what you mean lol it requires a lot of trials and errors growing in climates where temperature gets to -30 . Growing WOESLots of peeps are using them but they require a heater in colder climates, if you don't want the expense of heating on top of the actual led price use hid.
Yes I'm afraid so, I'm needing a heater with the led light on, it's getting changed to hid today.Hey I tried HID not saying anything about ur comment but problem is u still have to add a heat source when lights go out
Moflo has the best cold growing skills i know about, almost like voodoo... Do what he doesMaybe I didn't tell exactly what I want to ask...
I know about LEDs need higher temps than HID/HPS, I actually own DIY Samsung Q strips and have experience about it... But in almost perfect environment, so above 27°C, catching VPD, heaters, coolers, humifiders, etc...
I am asking if it's possible (and if plants can be healthy) to grow in 15°C with LEDs, if anyone did it in practice. I guess leaf temps would be at 10-12°C. And what's about feed then, if they transpire less than they would at 27-30°C. I guess feed has to be adjusted to lower temp. But again... can be done at those temps?
. Possible?yes, optimal? Absolutely not, few growers are able to like moflow with using the tips above. Like you already said watering habits, feed, needs to be adjusted drastically. You're walking a tight line to a lock if the root zone becomes water logged/cold.Maybe I didn't tell exactly what I want to ask...

Definitely.a good bit slower
15 °c is ok for nighttime temperature but not day time when lights r on unless ur flowering ,it will be hard to veg @ that temperature .Maybe I didn't tell exactly what I want to ask...
