Hi everybody!


SETUP:
I am growing in coco coir supersoil. I amend with Mykos, Kelp Meal, Crab Meal, Earthworm Castings, Epsom Salts, Gypsum, and Azomite.

I am supplementing with Neptune harvest Liquid seaweed, Neptune harvest liquid fish fertilizer, botanicare silica blast, grandmas molasses, nectar of the gods liquid bone meal, and cal/mag.

I clone in solo cups inside clear tote with a desklamp with LED household 18w cree warm bulb.

I flower in 4x4 and 2x4 tent and veg in 2x4 tent.

I am in the process of building LED lights very similar to Someguy's. I will be running 12 cobs in the 4x4 and 4 cobs in the 2x4 and I am vegging with area 51 xgs190.

the 4x4 is approx 400 watts of LED and the small tent is approx 150 watts LED.


I am still using 600w HPS with genesis bulb. i may go back to HPS during the winter time... but as sprng approaches quickly i realize i need to get these LED light rails up and running.

i'm awaiting 1 last part from the mailman and I can finish building the LEDS.

i plan on using approx 5 gallon containers for most of the flowering plants.

hope you do a smoke report on it. growing up those were the 2 strains I mostly smoked on. just recalled back in 2008 the guy i would buy off of used to sell me "lemon & lime" which he said was SDH. heh who says weed makes you amnesia prone.

I've grown out the Lemon OG Kush twice before but didn't clone off. this is the 3rd fem seed i've grown and they were all similar.. fast finishing lemon/pine/kush rock hard kushy nuggets, i think it might be my favorite smoke.

The ECSDH i have grown 4 different phenotypes and this one stood out the most. had one with huge diesel/funk nuggets and finished in about 10-11 weeks. i had 2 others that were very tall with compact nuggets that were 8-9 week strain smelled more like marshmellow or cheese or something, not as much flavor/aroma to them though. This last pheno stood out though and finishes in about 10 or 11 weeks, smells of lemon/lime. Both strains seem to toss a few balls early in flower but it is manageable and I expect it from OGs and Diesels at this point

Yeah their descriptions says they took a grapefruit and pineapple pheno and boom you'd think thats all you'd get. I had 2 that smelled like grapefruit early on then take a heavy fruity smell after. when finally cured one smelled of tropical fruits and the other of mango. I took cuts but they got eaten by housepets. I should just pull the trigger, cop a 10 pack, and tell my wife it was your fault

how are you liking the genesis bulb? have you used anything else to compare it to? never heard of them until recently, and not much info as far as reviews that I can find. thx:leaf:

its a good bulb imo. i've also used Eye hortilux. both are comparable but can afford to change genesis bulb every other flower cycle rather than every 3rd for the same price.
