growning rythms

hello people my friend and first time co-grower showed me this site
so i have some questions
1 how do they look to u. The one in the pot is a super lemon haze
and the other one is a fruit punch. Lemon has nice leafs and is 8cm
while Fruit is 3 cm
2 when they will start growing more leafs.

this is day 6 since i placed them on soil .

They look like they don't have enough light.They are stretched out looking for more light.
You need more light and to move them about 10cm away from the plants....AND use the 6400k,5000k for the first few weeks of growth.GL.
