Yes, GSC strains and crosses are notorious for being poor producers. What you can expect is dense, trichome encrusted little nuggies of goodness. The quintessential quality over quantity variety. Cheers! My first grow of Girl Scout Cookies and I can tell you now this thing is NOT going to be a great producer. Is this typical of this strain? thanks
I suspect it to be the Platinum GSC, as I have always heard that is as good as the yield gets on a cookie variety. OGKB is a slow, mutated vegger from my understanding. All heresay, as the only cookie cross I've grown was Nightmare Cookies by Sin City. The Forum GSC and the OGKB aren't heavy yielders. I'm not sure which cut I have, but it is vigorous in veg, stacks very well, and yields much larger buds than the Forum, the nose is identical (stronger), more potent (grew them out together). I suspect it could be "OGKB 2.0", or someone got lucky with some bag seed.
I recently scored huge off of some Animal Cookies beans ("bag seed" from sista).

I only dropped 3 as part of a multi-strain hunt last year. They were vigorous as can be in veg, stretched for the lights. I ended up with two females, both finished similar to each other. I didn't get anything "cookie-like" from them, but they did produce a good amount of trich coverage. They just didn't produce much compared to the other cultivars, nor did the smoke stick out above the others. I still have a 12 pack waiting to be explored. I picked these up at the 2015 So Cal cup, and they are regulars.what did you think of the sincity's nightmare cookies?
