Guerilla grow op!!

I am starting a small guerilla grow op and have bought some alaska fish emulsion fertilizer to mix in my water it is 5-1-1 will it work good for veg?? Please help me i have 30 clones ready to veg i will post pics soon! Also when should i start adding these nutes im already in to 2 weeks veg and they are in super soil from walmart

i think it is to late unless you want less than an oz per plant because i know my ladies started to flower 2 weeks ago
