Gun ownership rights stripped from california medical patients

Marijuana is still illegal on federal level.

Who approves who buys a gun? The feds.

It is what it is. I'm not saying I agree with it.

Nothing much can be done until we get it legal on federal level.
 
soooo just don't check the block that answers yes to smoking it. They can't access your medical files....yet.
