Had to box them up for 20 hours. Will they flower?

Ok i recently had a 24 hour check by the landlord so i boxed them all up for 20 hours.
They were still in veg and im wondering if 1 day of no light will cause them to flower?
Are they still in veg or now flowering? will one day be enough?

Still in veg. It takes longer than 1 day to go completely into flower mode.

Just pretend like its outdoors and it was a 24 hour cloudy thunderstorm with no sunshine. lol
