Hairs on buds turning dark and black pic attach

Hi, some of the hairs on my buds are turning a blackish color, any ideas what this could be? It started happening a week or so ago. This is my first time growing, I just threw some seeds in a pot in soil on the back deck and used miracle grow once a week. I live in canada so the nights are cooling down to about 9 degrees lately. I started flushing today but maybe it's too early I can't tell. I looked under a cheap pocket microscope and didn't see anything moving or crawling. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Ya its the cold that's causing the purple but do you notice how the hairs are starting to curl in, that's a sign that she's nearing fruition. Bring it in if you can at night but to be honest they're looking good and could probably finish outdoors.

It would probably help to start giving it "bloom" type fertilizer. For a quick inexpensive product that is for flowering or bloom. Use that microscope to tell you when to harvest it by looking at the trichomes for a change from clear to cloudy. You will want to harvest it sometime from cloudy or milky trichomes to them turning amber. Ya got some reading to do to learn how to dry and cure it. Enjoy the smoke.

Fewf so glad to hear I'm good to go!! I only planted them for fun and had no intentions of producing buds but then one day voila the buds were there and all female no males, it's kind of exciting. I did try to bring them in one night and it was too smelly so I'm unable to do that again. The weather is calling for 4 days of rain here should worry about possible mold from the dampness and cut now or does it look too early from harvesting. They are under a covered porch. The trichomes look milky I think, with one or two buds having a few light amber heads.

Drying is another issue, because of e smell I will have to dry them in the pool shed. If I hang to dry with a fan on low speed, would this do the job or probably not? Any advice on this issue would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks
