half way through winter, and no signs of sex nor flower

So one of my indoors were not doing so good, and i needed the space, so i thought instead of just killing it, i would give it a fighting chance outside. 60 days later, it is still growing strong, and looking better than some of my indoors.

Problem is just, winter is almost halway passed, and spring is in 2 months. But the plant is not showing any signs of flower, or even sex. Its still seems to be vegging. So, if thats the case, what now? Will it veg through winter and summer, and then flower next winter, or will it flower during the summer month?

What's the light like where you are? Do you have at least 12 hours of dark? Are you near large street lights or anything like that?

My only thought is that your night cycle is being interrupted somehow, so is still vegging.

Cheers!

I have a porch light that is on, and it is kinda close. Will move it and see. Our nights are already getting shorter now. So of it does start to flower from the move, and nights get shorter, will it start to flower amd as soon as nights are shorter in about 1 month, start to reveg again? Or will it pull through and flower?
