Halloween Fog machine??? Insecticidal fog??

I was wondering if maybe a fog machine would be a good way to apply an insecticidal soap?? Has anyone tried this??

The "Smoke" or "Fog" is vaporized glycerin and water. Obviously the warning label says not to vaporize any other liquid, particularly gasoline and whatnot... BUT I was thinking that glycerin & water is almost the same stuff in insecticidal soap. Add to the fog juice some neem oil, "zero tolerance", or some other natural pest detering stuff.. Just enough to "flavor" the fog.

I aint trying it with my BIG professional grade Fog machine.. for one it would fill the whole house with fog with one blast... and obviously I dont want to screw up my fog machine. BUT those bitch ass little fog machines sold at grocery stores, walmart etc... Those are marked down to $10 the day after Halloween. And those put out just enough to fill a small grow room.

And obviously turning off lights, and or covering them with a garbage bag so they dont get gunked up.... not that my stage lights have ever had problems, but it might be good idea.

I am just putting the idea out there, and maybe someone has tried it.

i was wondering this my self..have access to cheap foggers...you try it and ill steal it if it works..lmao

I have one of those cheapys got it at Target.... would the fog machine produce CO2 ???

No CO2 that I am aware of. Just a glycerin & water vapor.

The CO2 producing Halloween fog would be the dry ice in the punch bowl.

i use a smaller version of a fog machine to atomize glycol water and nicotine. it is called the "electronic cigarette" the nicotine works well and i am able to be smoke free so i assume that other things would also be caried by the fog of the larger machines.

ok i finally found some neem oil at my local farmers market store..fog machine by this weekend..will update cubic feet per meter of fogger..thinking of just mixing some water and the neem oil...or just mixing it in with the fog juice...not sure yet, probably gonna try the water mix first

Volume of fog doesn't really mean much, as there isnt an actual standard of measurement. Nobody really knows what a cubic foot or meter of fog actually means. BUT... Fog machines are rated by cubic ft output anyway. Wattage does tell you more. Much like with weed. IF you say your growing XXX strain with 1,000 watts of light ... and someone else grows the same strain with 120 watts... We all know which plant will produce more, and have an guesstimate as to how much.

Most grocery stores, Halloween stores, mega stores etc. Have 400 watt, and 700 watt. I guesstimate that 400 watts would be plenty for filling one smallish or average sized room with fog. I am waiting for the clearance sale.

The fog juice at grocery stores is already cut and "stepped on" with water quite a bit. Froggy's Brand is clearly the best brand, if your going for top shelf fog juice. Fast dissipating might work best..... and "Fire & Rescue training fluid" might attract un-wanted attention. [un-chilled, and outdoors... it will attract a fire truck... dont ask how I know]

The appealing thing about this is the perfect saturation and coverage, including all the cracks and whatnot that crawlie bugs can get in. And if you leave fans on.... you can have a wind tunnel like view of your air circulation. Maybe would make some cool pictures... whether or not the fog is 'flavored'

the fogger is 400 watts and it states "2000 cubic feet per minute..lol...the fogger is 20 dollars right now at your local chain music store!
