Hanna pH Champ Tester

I've been looking for a review of this pH tester that I purchased.

It seems to be working perfectly so far. I calibrated it and it's reading perfect. I read a bad review of the regular 98106 and I guess this is a upgraded version, the "HI"98106. But I'm afraid it's going to screw up after a few days - because that's what the bad review said it did.

Has anyone else worked with this pH tester? I looked for reviews and couldn't find one. So if anyone has experience with this tester - that would be EXTREMELY helpful for me. I will be writing a review for this item - after I have properly tested it.

A little late on this one, but better late than never.
I have yet to find a review of this product as well, but just got one for xmas from my loving partner.
I am looking for someone with experience with it, and hopefully by now you do

The champ is useless. It calibrates to the ph 7 solution just fine, but use it in the water and it reads a lvl of 7.6... test strips put the same water at 6.4 or so. This same device fails on the ph 4.0 solution... reading is off by .6 or so. I dunno... guess i'll send it back.
