There is something wonderfully symbolic about celebrating the birth of a nation that has a run away defense budget by detonating explosives.

It's like saying "fuck yeah at least we still know how to blow shit up." :mrgreen:

My American flag was made in China came with a sticker on it that said so- No B.S.
I'm just Greatfull that on this day a couple hundred years ago my forfathers had the balls to tell the govt to fuck off and they fought for their freedom untill the govt gave up fucking with them and decided it wasn't worth it and let them be free.

it wasn't disdain for government that created this nation. it was a disdain of royalty and inherited power that made the pot boil over....
