Hard Card Turn Around Times

I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with how long the hard cards are taking to come in the mail say the last 4-6 months, are they getting back on track now or whats the latest?

Just renewed all 5 patients in last 3 months and my average has been 2 weeks after cashed check.

I received my renewal card back in January and it took 3 weeks , my patients waited an additional few days though before receiving their cards

First card :

Check cashed 1-23-2013.
Hard card received 2-27-2013

35 days after check cashed, right now.

How long did it take for the check to be cashed after you mailed it? I sent my wife's papers in last week on Thursday Feb 28th. It's now march 10th and the check still hasn't cleared my bank. I renewed last November and it took 4 days to clear the check and I got my card 2 weeks from the day I mailed my papers in. Must be a wave of renewals at the beginning of the year?

Got to give it to LARA for doing what needed to get done to execute what the people asked them to. The first couple of years were rough but with their new equipment got there stuff together.
