harvest? 10x wks. pics.

just on plant..been 10 weeks...lr#2 strain.

i thought it was ready last week.. i aadded molasses twice to its final two waterings...and kept it in the dark/...i opened it..the leaves have almost all turned yellow or brown. and i see the amber on the leaves. didn't know what you guys meant by that...but they look almost purple. there a a couple white hairs,..but mostly brown. Still crystally as fuck but i wouldn't say that "milky white" that i used to describe it.

So here are a few pics. I think they are ready. I snipped about a galf gram..packed it..and i was smiling for the next hour. i liked it!!! but does it get better? i mean i really liked it.

It looks ripe enough to me. Why would you wait if it was at that "I really like" place? It's your weed?
Plus, it will be getting a bit riper/stronger as it cures . . . quite a bit, in many cases!

you need to look at the trichomes with a magnified glass shag, thats the only proper way, but like mr fishy says its your weed so crop when you want!!

these pics were takin under a weak mag glass.. but like the man said...they look ripe to him. i think they ready but i never done this before. I just snipped a piece about 2 days ago.. and it was strong and good. and "i really liked" could turn into "holy shit" but i don't think i could tell the difference.... thanks fishy,abullus, was looking to reinforce my opinion. think it's time tonight. don't want that riper/ knock out smoke.

Welcome to the club. If possible I try and leave some lower, lesser buds on the plant when I harvest . . . then I let them "over-ripen" (for my needs) so I do have some end-of-the-day weed, too. Works fine, plus with stash now, it's easy to leave those living buds alone as they get greasier and greasier and turn a multitude of cool colors!

hmm..there is about 2 sticks full of bud that looks like it could stay a bit longer. greener/ crystal look still.. "if possible" you say, i think i see why already?. i realy just want the main cola .. snipped the biggest most amber colored stem already..heavy lil suckers...based of them pics...can you guess yield?

I'll take a stab at the harvest when it's cut. Post a new pic then, with a reference item for size, please.
Yeah, different growing styles. I get lot's of immature bottom crap that get's nasty when finally lit up.
I was just thinking how funny "If possible" sounds in relation to my popcorn production.
