Hey guys! This is only my 3rd cycle growing & Ive been harvesting my plants way too early. Right now I have a run of plants that are 8 weeks (day 61 to he exact). I was wondering if any of you can help me determine how much longer I should let her go. Heres a few pix. Thanks ahead of time.

Thank alot you guys. Should I start flushing now??? Trichromes arent quite amber yet but they are more cloudy than clear.

There's a whole lotta bud development still going on in that first picture. You still have a week or two to go before you should even need to look at the triches.

Let 'em swell... they will let you know when they are ready. :hump:

This time around, I am pulling when I see the first sight of amber. Previously I had been waiting to what has been said above.

Hopefully, I don't get to couch lock this time - probably sacrifice a little weight, but thats ok as its all for me.

flushing is not required...prove it to yourself by flushing one and not flushing the other....you will likely find no difference
I already did & youre wrong. I didnt flush with my first harvest & it tasted like shit tbh. My first run, I didnt know you had to flush. So when I grew the same strain & FLUSHED the second time around, it tasted 100% better. I may be a rookie BUT I know better than not to flush my plants. But thanks for the input regardless.

okay.....what you did was not a side-by-side comparison ,as your 2 grows may of had different variables that impacted the final outcome...do what ever you like

I'd chop them now. They won't get much bigger after 8 1/2 weeks flowering. BigSteve.
8 1/2 weeks from 12/12 is different from 8 1/2 weeks of flower.

If he doesn't have any amber and its still spitting out that many white hairs, it's got some fattening to do. I'm not sure why you would tell him to chop it now...

I harvest when my hairs are a little less than 50%. I have tried over flowering, under flowering and my best results have always been when the hairs are around 50/50.

Flush like this put 20 litre through em then wait 15 Min mix a light nute mix and flush again with that ...
This way u flush excess salt build up and give them nutes they still need

20 liters is over 5 gallons.

No way in hell I'm wasting 5 gallons per plant. You absolutely do not need to flush that much.

And especially no way am I flushing with 5 gallons, waiting 15 minutes, and then flushing with another 5 gallons. The hell?...
