I just completed grow #3, harvested yesterday. Four plants – 1 G13 Cheese and 3 Critical Yumbolt. All CFL grow. Grow went virtually without a hitch J
I’ve got three pics for each plant: (1) as she stood before harvest (2) after removing leaves (3) after cutting branches. I will do my first weigh after hanging a few days when I am ready to cut off the buds from the main stem.

Looks like a good harvest there Dad,I have a new found respect for cfl growing.(I would never change..lol)respect all the same.

I am actually getting ready to upgrade to a LED system. The CFLs do well enough, but better penetration into the canopy would really make them buds bigger. Plus, my lights are under the hood and it is an ongoing challenge to keep the tops super close without burning. I am fortunate to work from home and can adjust as often as necessary, but still a pain in the ass.

With that said, without claiming to have max yield, for the stoner like myself looking to grow for personal, they certainly can work.

And to all the newbie's who are struggling. Read up, learn and grow and you will figure out a system that works for you. My first grow was a joke, second had lots of problems, but through those experiences I am happy as hell right now that I got through one clean and am confident in my ability to improve from here.

Very nice, I started with CFLs but have now moved to HPS and for bloom and T5s for grow.

I say all the time, 3rd grow, that is when you start to really get a grasp of what you are doing and what you want to do in the future.

I will be taking weights soon! But based on sampling it...This shit is potent and delicioso! Yield won't be what I hoped, I am guessing about 5 oz. of well trimmed ganja.

I like remove almost all the stem when I trim and jar them. It may make yield seem less and fewer huge single buds to show off, but easier to work.

After my last crop turned out to be herms, I was so scared once I started cutting. But not a seed in site :-)

Here we go. I hung them a little too long and have been in jars about a week now. I don't think I will lose too much more weight...

G13 - 32g
Crit Yum 1: 36g
Crit Yum 2: 48 g
Crit Yum 3: 42 g
Prime trim (no fan leaf): 22 g

So just over 5.5 oz of trimmed, largely de-stemmed bud.

I'll take it :-)

My new LED is shipping to me today. I have a bunch of Crit Yum clones 1 week into rooting. I am going to do a 12-12 test with more plants and trim them to only allow one main cola. I am swimming in herb right now :-) and refuse to sell. So it's time to have some fun and see what happens.
