Harvest Time Question

Currently, been growing some girls for about 5weeks in flower, total of 3 months and a week, including veg.
Their autoflower superskunk too.

-The girls have been in Coco coir this run and munching on Canna line of nutrients
- running off a 300w led and 400w MH.

My current harvest question, is when do you start flushing?

Theres about 5-10% orange hairs now, good amount of smell aswell

Any help/knowledge is absolutely utmost appreciated!!

Take picture without the blurple/ purple light. Also get yourself a jewellers loupe to check the progress of the trichomes. Using a mixture of that and the look of the plant and buds can determine when your in the harvest window

There is no need to flush. Just taper off the nute strength.
Taper off by 100ppm kinda thing? Their sucking down 3ml of canna per Litre of water, so thats 3ml of A, 3ml of B, and some calmag, Canna Boost and Canna pk13/14 all per 1 litre of water thirsty girls.

Will be taking a picture at 7pm EST for you with no LED haha. Sadly have no loupe :(

Wouldnt you want to starve the plant to make it eat up all of the left of nutrients? Seems to me there would be less nasty toxins after flushing with just water for a week. Only grown once before hah, noob here

Never tasted a toxin in my life. Big myth.
I know it's prevalent out there (flushing) but don't believe everything you read.
Plants in soil, in their natural form, don't get flushed.
You'll have to pick a side. I'd suggest trying both. Flush some. Feed others lightly.
Then you make the call.

Im in Coco just so were on the same page, ove been feeding her nutrients just to stay alive. Coco coir has no nutrients in it to begin with, unless its leeched some from the nutrient feedings over the last 3 month. T-minus 3 hrs till i can snag a picture

Coco, hydro, soil ... doesn't matter.
End of life flushing is a myth in my experience.
But like I said, you should experiment with it to find out for yourself.
I like keeping my plants alive and healthy all the way to chop.
I've tried flushing and never tasted a difference.

Looking good. Nice and frosty.
Got around 3 weeks left from the looks of em.
Do not start flushing before then if that's what you end up doing.
You've got pistils to turn and calyxes to swell first.

You wouldnt spend the night with a lady then boot her out before breakfast. Thats a whore ;) Love these ladies till the end and they will Love you back. Flushing and Locking at the end just to do so is for aesthetics in my opinion. If you are trying to create bag appeal. Now if you are having issues or are way over thats another story. However your girls look great. Agree with Jypsy that those girls not starving. Chers man and good luck on your grow.
