Harvesting Upwards For More Trichs?

I was looking around online a while back and seen a video of a guy who harvested his plants but didnt hang them upside down, he would tie with a string somewhere near the top bud and suspend it in the air because he felt if upside down trichs have a higher rate of being damaged or falling off. So basically I'm asking if you think there is any truth to this or is the loss of THC from being upside down not enough to make a difference?

*about your Q.. there will always be significant THC+ loss during harvest, i dont see how hanging them differently will prevent THC+ stalks from breaking off.. :)

the point of hanging upside down is to draw the water and moisture to the ends of the branches and buds as part of the curing process. i believe it would take longer to dry/cure hanging that way, I never tried it though so I don't have much to say about it.
