Harvesting with cold weather

So I'm a first time grower, I am growing inside a metal shed so it does get a bit cold in their at night. I have 1 inch thick insulation around the walls so it helps somewhat but I'm only day 22 into flower and November and December are coming up around the corner quick, right now at night the low temp is like 44-48 and I know I can put a heater out their but I'm also worried about hanging and drying with the cold weather? Any ideas for people's that have had issues with this?
I just don't want any of this harvest going to waste, put a lot of time and money into it

Wow that's a situation you are in. You are going to need a heater for sure. But what are you doing about the light?

I wasn't sure if you have grow lights on it or if you are using sun light. If you have a grow light on it then just adding some extra heat will keep the grow going but if you are relying on sun light you won't be able to finish it out. I doubt it very much anyway.

Ohhh, I see. I shed is fully covered, I'm using a 1000 watt HPS light so it should hold some heat

To OP: You're going to need some heat, bud. It's not going to take a shit ton though. I would get an electric, oil filled radiator that is programmable, set the temperature at 68 degrees and let it roll. DO NOT use an open element heater. You will start fires with those things so fast it will make your head swim.

You're also going to probably need a cheap humidifier. Cold weather is dry. VERY dry. That heater will make it even drier. I would get a humidifier as well and set it at 45% and let it ride as well.

Do that and you'll be good to go.

That'll do. You don't have to keep it at 90 degrees in there man. All you're looking for is to keep it at around 60 at least. 75 would be ideal, but it's not necessary.

Now, it's OK if it drops down at night to the mid 50's, but you definitely don't want it to get any lower than that. Ever.

It'll probably take you a few days to a week to find the right balance.

You're still going to need a humidifier though. I'm willing to bet your humidity is around 30 to 35% right now in there...that is going to hurt you pretty bad over the long haul.

My humidity is at 78!, last night around 10 pm it was at 87

Much, much better. You'll really need to keep your eye on the humidity once it stops raining because it will in all likelihood dry out REALLY quick.

Heater was on Low for about 6 hrs yesterday, and before I went to sleep I put that baby on high and woke up this morning at about 4:30 am to go check and it was perfect out their! Humidity was 66 and temp was 61

What are your light times? Only asking cuz u can grow at night and let em sleep during the day. Kudos on the heater!
