Has anyone ever had electical interference with their cable

According to comcast my 600 watt is causing interfetence and knocking out service for more den 400 customers I wanna kno if anyone hg as had this problem or know of. A good soulution to my problem

I just get the free channels (rabbit ears) and when my 1000w comes on I can't get any stations to come in. I haven't heard anything from the neighbors so I assume they're fine. As far as knocking out service to 400 people, that seems a little much.
