Has anyone reverted from 12/12 Flower back to 18/6 veg?

Is this possible? My plants are looking a bit dire so want to get them to full health again before flipping back to 12/12

At what stage of flower is it possible?
 
Did it once with a whole plant for the fuck of it. No issues.

I take clones within the first 2/3 weeks of flowering, “monster cropping”. No issues
