I haven’t ever seen a “bud” like this before? This part of the plant did have a thin but wide stem before flowering.

I’ve never seen it before.

Fasciated. Buds looking like that will likely be a mess of stem and leaf not worth trimming. I'd cut it off rather than let the plant waste the energy on it, but they are kinda neat to look at. Up to you, won't hurt to smoke it.

There's a word for that, but its escaping me. It's a type of mutation, very rare and very cool looking!

Seen it a few times Its most likely just fasiciated but it could possiply be a polyploid but there rare like @Tolerance Break said
