Has anyone successfully reduced grow tent height...

Hey all,



Just wondering, is there anyone out there who has reduced the height of their grow tent, and has pictures to show? I'm finding tents that are perfect height and width, but are just waaaaay too tall. 76"-78" is too tall, as I've got a ceiling fan in the room where I want the tent, and it would get in the way. The ideal tent size would be 60" x 60" x 60", but that size is nowhere to be found online. So, anyone cut down their poles?

if im correct, its only 5 feet...... by the time u hang ur light and the pots and stuff ur gonna have like 3 feet of grow space...

Why not remove the ceiling fan? Cutting your poles could destroy your tent altogether.

Yessir, and I am fine with that with what I'm doing.

That just sounds like a bigger hassle, and the fan is nice to have in the room.
