Ok, I have a 7'x7'9' space. I've framed the entire room to be a room within a room not toucching a wall or anything w a screw. I have one good size window I'm going to mount a 12,000 BTU energy efficient ac unit in which will give me a 16"x24" area above the ac in the window where I can put intakes / exhaust if need be.. I am hanging 2 1k hps/mh cool tube reflectors. I have 2 750 CFM 6" fans and 1 6" x 28" carbon filter. I have built sound deadning boxes for both 750 CFM fans, bought insulated 6" flex hose & an extra roll of 8" insulation for hosing to go over top for extra sound kill. Also have rubber straps for everything except lights of course to kill vibration even for 1350 CFM air pump for hydro setup. I don't want to put any extra holes into walls that I don't need to and cannot figure out how to set this up before screwing up and realizing later.
I was going to do this: Intake from wall (outside) running directly into a 6" T. From the T goes to one of the 750 CFM fans connected directly to first light blowing through to second light exhausting out 6" hole above AC through vent outdoors. Then going back to the original T fitting letting the unused end running flex hose to the floor putting a 6" static intake down low. Then hanging carbon filter with 2nd 750 CFM fan up in the highest opposite corner of intake at top of the room set up to suck warm moist humid air through carbon filter vented directly to exhaust hole leading outside to another vent. Please pick this apart and point out flaws. I only get one shot at cutting intake exhaust holes. I also have a 8 ft 6" piece of 20 gauge stainless tubing to use wherever I can in place of flex hosing to make air flow better. Plus I can't decide on how much flex hosing to use so the lights will move up and down. I need some opinions from ppl that have went thru this already.
