Have anyone been scammed by Ethos Genetics brotanicalgardens?

How would it feel, if you send all your yearly seeds budget to a seed bank on the black Friday from brotanicalgardens , then I contacted the support then they asked me to wait, i have waited till now, sending follow up emails every 10 days(None replied), 4 months has passed and the support just blocks me on IG and FB.

I thought just sharing this so no one will be scammed as i did.

later i have ordered from other seed bank and within 7 days my order was there, pity all the money i have lost for them !

this was the last update on tracking almost 3 months ago.

Sorry Ethos has nothing to do with your problem.

You are totally right if it was not the same person, brotanicalgardens is the official site for ethos and its being run by DA-Bros, its like his brother or something for ethos Collins, i have tried contacting whole family bro with no luck but what i wanted to say is brotanicalgardens and ethos are same person.

already 4 months Bro since i have ordered even now the tracking says its expired, nothing else to do but to share my experience here

i have all the message i have sent them and they just unprofessional in my opinion.

It's pretty messed up not to resend your shipment when it was legitimately lost in the mail, especially with the profit margins on domestic seeds. With the sorry state the USPS is in after Trump, domestic banks need to start offering guaranteed delivery options like the good European banks do.

I Order every year since 2012, 2 times my orders where lost before and the seed banks resent the seeds, no questions asked, these guys just blocked me man, even i always sent them in a professional way and never complained, and waited as they asked me to do, how I suppose to feel ?!

Shipping companies hit or miss, specially after covid(and i totally understand this), it happened with me before and the seed bank was so understanding and once the shipment company or postal service declared item as expired or lost seed banks usually contact me and try to make it up by resending my order.

besides this is the only shipping method they use, plus i cant contact USPS, the shipper must contact them, i explained this for Da bros and brotanicalgardens via facebook, instagram, mail, they just asked me to wait till its expired and once it is(after 4 months) they just blocked me !, and this is the exact definition of rip off.

i got deceived by a mechanic a couple of years ago still feels fresh like yesterday, i burn inside with rage but all it is doing is damaging myself, i drove there one day with a gun and was going to spray the whole building down and use the vehicle as a weapon also, the mechanic ran for his life when i blared my horn and luckily there were too many witnesses otherwise i would be taxting from bubba's phone in prison right now

yes its just not right you know, any man should be accounted for his words, but as you said money is not worth the time in jail after all

specially when you see him having new customers every day :), but you must accept the loss at some point for the sake of yourself after all, i don't believe in karma but i believe in next life bro, why you think god made hell ?
