Have i defoliated to much :|

Hi guys my first ever grow and i feel like i may have gone a bit edward scissor hands. Praying I've not gone to far.

All big leaves top to bottom that i felt was stopping light i cut or snapped off cleanly. Currently on week 4 of flower
