Have they been pollinated satica buds haven't developed but seeds are stacking up they are full of liquids 4week flowering

Fairly certain those aren't seeds. Working on your pic, I will show you what I'm questioning. And it's too early for seeds if you're only 4 weeks in.

Hard to tell but those look more like full on male flowers than just nanners the way they're dangling downwards.

True, it does look more like a genetic hermaphrodite.

whatever that frankenstein is, it needs to go. nothing about it looks worth preserving, let alone replicating
