Hazey, I found the Super Cali Haze to be ok, but not really there smoke-wise. It always gives me a quick pretty good up kind of buzz that within 30 min or so starts going away. Its soooo sticky and covered with resin, the most resinous bud I have, even after over a month curing.. but only a short buzz. I dont think I will be growing any of the remaining 4 beans for awhile.

The grow Hazey is referring to, he was called Pokernaut at the time, was started up over at grasscity forums. I was following it, this is when the truth came out about Hazey and all of his 1000 word smoke reports and grow reports. He killed most of the plants in veg by cutting off all the leaves and smoking them (thats where his smoke reports and grow reports come from, smoking leaves in veg). The very few that made it to flowering, he had cut and smoked within 3 weeks of flipping to 12/12. As soon as the first little puff of bud development began, he cut them all off, dried them and smoked them. Thats why he only had 1 popcorn bud on a 4 inch plant. Keep that in mind when he is giving you indepth grow/smoke reports. He is basing it off leaves he smoked on a 2 week old veg plant. Also notice the bud he was "gifted" always changes depending on what the thread is about. Last post he was "gifted" a bud of mendo.

What really got me hot under the collar though, was when I came across one of my very own posts, with a few name changes being spammed all over the web under the name of pokernaut. Thats really when people at grasscity saw what a liar he was. I left and came over to this site. 2 months later he shows up over here and is now banned at grasscity. I would go back to grasscity but Ive actually gotten to like this place.

fair enough. i don't have any recollection of the length of the buzz as i only had one tiny gram of bud on a tiny 3-4 inch tall plant that i discovered was stunted by a kink in it's roots just below the surface. it impressed me because it had a genuine high with nice euphoria very similar to the 1/2 gram of "real" i'd been gifted a couple months before but mostly for it's delicious authentic grape flavor that i'd take over blueberry any day. the flavor and buzz are classy. i still have a couple beans i'm saving for next year's grow that i'll be able to test better.

i haven't been exposed to too many sativa dominant strains to compare differences between yet so ANY bud that gets me high is going to make me a happy clam. if the ONE super cali haze x C99 (i'm slowly getting the hang of backwards naming thing) is a female, i'll report on that. either way, the plan is to always have a head stash so if a buzz wears off, i can just blaze more.

if a long lasting buzz impresses you more than a truly authentic flavor (blueberry tastes weak & artificial to me) then you'd love haze x skunk. it's buzz is so long lasting that you still have a little hangover the next day and eventually it builds up in your system until you get a light 24h perma buzz with hints of the kind of nausia you get before too many tokes of something potent gives you the room spinning dizzies.

super cali haze is only my 3rd favorite strain so far with haze skunk being #1 for the trippiest i've tried so far and 8 miles high being my second favorite for a 24/7 friendly happy playful buzz that's neither stony nor racy.

everyone's priorities are different. i like SCH for having the best flavor AND buzz combination. original kali mist had the best flavor when it still tasted like you're smoking "italian" crushed red pepper, but it was too speedy to chill out on. it's the best for activities, but is anti-chillout. i couldn't sit still & listen to tunes on it.

Smoking leaves and bud wisps = placebo effect.

Its why when he smokes a real bud and really gets high, he freaks out and doesnt like it.

He gets the same buzz from smoking his leaves as he would if he held his breath for 20 seconds over and over again and thinks he is "high" because he doesnt feel anything but slight dizziness. "Wow this is the greatest buzz ever!"

this is/was a 10" auto dominant (Fruit Auto x jillybean), i seeded it to make f2's and get a better % of Autoflowering females, work my way up to 100%, which i hope can happen by f4. smells like Pineapples a bit, but skunky too. 67 days old in 12/12 from seed. weighed out to 74 grams wet so i bet i end up with a bit under an ounce. grown in a 1 gallon pot.

Don't mean to bump up an old thred (or do I?) ...me and a buddy made some crosses a year or 2 ago and they have turned out pretty righteous. They are F1 crosses (maybe not true F1's since we have no clue if they were IBL's to begin with but F1's nonetheless..), the White Widow (Dinafem) X SSSDH (Male/Connoisseur Genetics) turned out pretty righteous, as far as yield & potency though is somewhat lacking in flavor. The F1's are miles ahead of other types of crosses.
