My plants are getting heat stressed and I do not know what to do about it.
Here is my setup:

Its in 10x10 walk in closet and I am using CFL's. I have three shop lights that hold two tube lights each. I am using 6500 K 4 ft tube lights putting off 1000 lumens each. I also have 5 CFL bulbs hanging in between the shop lights and these put off over 1200 lumens each. The CFL bulbs get warm and is what is generating the heat. I have these bulbs because I have read that if i just use tube lights then the plant wont have strong buds when it flowers.

I keep my house at 77 degrees but in that closet by the lights its up around 90. Lights are about 4 inches away from plants,

what should i do?

Its all about venting. You need to vent heat to cool down the room but also to circulate fresh air. A simple bathroom extractor fan will surfice in most cases. If you have to vent a long way you will need a more powerful fan.

I had the same problem when i tried my closet grow. I ended up ditching the hole idea and build a cabnit lol. Regardless its all about circlation. exactly what Krusto said. Get a intake/exhaust running in that closet. Leave a window open near the closet and get a fan blowing in there if thats all you got. But without good air exchange your gonna run into problems bro.
