Having Problems with Flowering Plant 1st time Grow Blue Mystic

This is my first grow. I am growing 2 blue mystic nirvana plants. 7 25w CFLs and a 42watt fluorescent that I added at flowering which I found in my basement. I am currently 22 days into flowering. I vegged for 6 weeks. Both were noted with 10-15-15 1 week into flowering. 1 plant has no problems and has been doing great. The second one has leaves in the middle and upper parts which have turned yellow and brown and withered at the end of the leaves. Not all the leaves in these areas have experienced this, just some. Both plants have been treated the same. It gets a little hot in the closet some times as I have no official ventilation but i do try to open the door and fan it out when I can daily. I have attached pics of both plants along with close ups with the problem. The first 4 are the from the sick plant, the last one is the health plant. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm having the same problems with 2 of my plants. Not sure what the problem is, I think it might be a lack of N but you're suppose to cut back on that in flower. Might be the temps because I'm also doing a closet grow so ventilation is minimal. I think I might change my lights on time so they are on during the night and off during the hottest parts of the day.

Yeah after nuting and not seeing much of a change i suspect its temp and ventilation issues but am still looking for other peoples diagnosis. I forgot to mention that the healthy plant is actually two weeks older then the one with problems so its always been a little smaller and therefore further from the lights. I think this separation from the lights allowed it to stay cooler and not have the problem the bigger one has.
