Nope Iron (Fe) or Ir as I like to say here, makes the leaves look more white with a block or def.

I don't know what, or how much, or how often you feed.....that's important info you left out!

Now then, with that said. What it looks like to me. Is that your roots are getting too cold ant night!

Perfect picture to use to show that problem!

SO, how cold do they get? How warm during the lights on? Don't get me wrong , it still could be feeding related. So answer those questions too!

I've only fed fox farm grow big 1 time in veg since I used fox farm soil which already has nutes for a few weeks and the plants never showed me any signs of needing nutes til I noticed the yellowing then I feed 1/4th strength of veg nutes 1/2 strength of bloom nutes and 1/2 strength of bloom enhancer nutes. The temps are usually around 65F during lights on and 55F during lights off

Lights on at 70 - 75

Yup your too cold at night! 55F is getting the roots too cold and that's screwing with nutrient up-take! 65 or above a bit for the roots.

The other thing maybe, is that you have the pots directly on a stone or cement floor? At any rate, you should have something between the floor and the pot.....I use 2" foam sheeting during the colder months..

I would also stop the bloom "enhancer" till week 4-5! You still didn't tell me what exact nutes your using.....That would help a lot for me too make a nutrient call.

Dr. who is right. Right away the colouring is more than deficiency, she's not being fed! Seeing as you are feeding and we now know your night time temps probably good idea to go get a heat mat, either one for plants or reptiles. I'd forego the foam though as soil should be a toasty 24-26 degrees. Sorry, 73 to 78 degrees. Prime growth takes place in those soil temps. I also agree with cutting bloom enhancer till week 4 or 5. Wait till those buds are clearly formed then start the enhancer to help swell those calyxes. You're just wasting money using it now.
